| Creative Wealth International, LLC offers both domestic and international licensing opportunities for Camp Millionaire. |
| Domestic licensing: |
| In order to purchase and use the Camp Millionaire program you must license the program. The fees paid are nominal and there are nonprofit discounts. |
| International Licensing: |
| If you want to bring our program to your country, then you want to be what we call a Master Licensee. This means you will hold the rights to our program, as well as be able to sub-license it to others in your country. |
| All Master Licensing fees are different and have been established based on population and economic stability of the region and population. | International Licensing F.A.Q. |
| Question: What is the process for licensing your Camp Millionaire program in other countries? |
Answer: In order to license our program in your country, you must do the following:
- Submit a business plan showing your plans, marketing, funding, competition, etc. We need to know that you've thought it out, have the funding to pull it off and the expertise to get it done.
- Upon approval of the business plan, if you're committed and can afford the licensing fees (Master fee and royalties), you then attend a Train-the-Trainer event in Santa Barbara, CA.
- At the completion of the Train-the-Trainer event, if you elect to move ahead with the license, 50% of the fee is arranged prior to your leaving the US with the balance due schedule outlined and agreed to.
- At that point, you take the training materials with you and off you go, with our support available along the way.

| Question: Is the Master License an exclusive license for the entire country. |
| Answer: Yes, it is. |
| Question: Do we establish the program's fees iin relation to the local economic situation? |
| Answer: Yes. You need to understand your market so you can charge accordingly. Some of the people/companies/organizations that license our programs do so as strictly for profit and others nonprofit. |
| Question: What are the royalties for using Camp Millionaire. |
| Answer: Royalties are paid quarterly as a % of gross revenues from all Creative Wealth programs you host/provide in your country. |
| Question: What kind of activities can I organize within the licence? |
| Answer: You can offer any length program you wish for any age you wish as often as you wish. |
| Question: What are your expectations in relation to our market? |
| Answer: We expect you to use the program to empower people to be responsible for themselves and their families. As long as you are offering the programs and people are attending them, we think that's a good thing. |
| Question: Is it necessary that all participants of the courses/camps buy Money game or it is only an option? |
| Answer: The Money Game® is a financial education game used primarily by educators (schools, youth groups, church groups, etc.) to teach groups of kids and teen about money and investing. We have had many parents and grandparents purchase the game, however, and use it with their kids. The Money Game isn't a game students play by themselves. |
| Question: Can I license the program to others in my country? |
| Answer: Yes, this is called Sub-licensing. |
| Question: How are the sub-licensees trained? Can I train them in my country. |
| Answer: Yes, you may. However, if you're doing the program in English and we have a Train-the-Trainer program in the near future, it's best to encourage your sublicensees to attend the program in the US. If there isn't, you are free to train them using our Home-study Train-the-Trainer DVDs. |
| Question: What are the qualifications we need to fulfill to maintain the license? |
| Answer: You must teach at least 100 students within the first two years of the license. |
| Question: What if during the first two years I will not reach the goals? |
| Answer: Then we regroup... |
