Elisabeth Donati, Executive Director
Elisabeth's background is in the Fitness Industry where she managed health clubs, taught every imaginable group fitness class, did personal training and nutritional consultation. Her interest in fincancial literacy began when she realized that she hadn't received the information she needed to become financially independent so she came up with the idea to offer Camp Millionaire among other Creative Wealth programs. An idea that has proved to be quite timely!

Steve Crozier, Treasurer & Secretary
Steve Crozier is best known in Great Britain a a Financial Journalist and National Radio Presenter.
But following an overseas appointment as CEO/ CFO for a TV and Radio Network in Kenya his life took a new direction. That direction was California. It was in Nairobi, Kenya that Steve met his future wife, Sarah, a California Attorney. Following a brief courtship in Egypt, Steve and Sarah married in 1997, and moved to Santa Barbara.
Here, Steve took all of his US financial and securities licenses and exams, and became a stockbroker, first with the firm of A.G. Edward's. Financial Advice is a family tradition, and dates back to the 1800’s, when Steve’s Great Grandfather was an advisor to many old British families, including the house of Wellington, whose Duke fought Napoleon.
Steve continues the family tradition of financial advice and representation, and serves several dozen high net worth clients, from his Ameriprise inc family office near the Mission, in Santa Barbara, California. He and Sarah have a daughter, Grace, who is in second grade. Hobbies include cookery, the movies and playing saxophone and Piano. |

Michael Hoffman, B.J. B.A.
Public relations specialist Michael Hoffman founded his agency, Heart Communications, in 1992 to provide publishers, universities and active lifestyle companies high visibility media relations and reputation management planning. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, a Bachelor's
Degree in English and is now earning his Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. He works closely with the Bush and Schwarzenegger administrations promoting childhood education initiatives. |

Brian Wee, Chairman of the Fundraising Committee
Brian is a UCSB alumni and a Certified Financial Planner at Merrill Lynch. Brian started his career in Corporate Finance at Bear Stearns in Century City before realizing that he would rather work with private individuals in Santa Barbara, CA. Brian integrates CWI’s unique emphasis on financial belief systems into his own financial planning practice working with private individuals and local non-profits. Brian is a camp millionaire coach, and is passionate about Creative Wealth Internationals mission of promoting financial literacy to kids. |

Del Hegland
Del was born in Stockholm, Sweden at the beginning of the Cold War. He since lived in several European countries, South Africa and Australia. His extensive business experience comes from owning Del’s Camera, Inc. for 27 years and studying challenges of business ownership, including exit strategies and retirement planning, as a current agent with New York Life. He is a member of the Goleta Chamber of Commerce, Santa Barbara Contractors Assoc. (SBCA) and SCORE. He feels financial education is critical for children, to help prepare them for life, and for business owners to facilitate survival and prosperity. As an SBCA board member he helped set up the Construction Academy with City College (SBCC) in 2007. He is working with SBCC to create a series of “Business Survival” seminars for local business owners. He’s a father of three adult children, performed in some 20 musicals and is a resident of the Santa Barbara area since 1971. |

Arif Halaby
Arif Halaby has dedicated his life to protecting people. Arif transitioned from 11 years of service with the Los Angeles Police Department to helping people protect and preserve their hard-earned assets. Arif specializes in helping people get out of debt while planning for retirement. He is the owner of four financial services firms and operates Total Financial Money School where he educates people on ways to integrate finances in their day-to-day lives.
One of his areas of expertise is business development. Arif has been involved on a variety of levels with over 80 different companies, whether as a consultant, a member of the board, or corporate officer. He has vast experience in helping business owners maximize their earning potential through creative business models and wise investments and insurance.
A staunch advocate of education, Arif founded the Halaby Scholarship Fund in 1997 to reward students who demonstrate exceptional character. He also lectures broadly on personal and business financial topics ranging from debt elimination to retirement to college planning. Having built his business on a faith-based foundation, Arif places strong emphasis on helping his clients manage their finances through a spirit of giving. William H. Prouty, CBC CEC CEP CLU RHU MBA PhD
Dr. Prouty received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University. He has been awarded his MBA and PhD in Business Organizational Development as well as several specialty degrees, CLU, CBC, CEP, CEC and RHU in the financial services and E-Commerce industries. He served his country as a Naval Officer during the Vietnam War and was involved in operations management of electronic intelligence and communications activities. He is married and lives in Sun City, California with his wife Lynn. He has two grown children and two grandchildren.
He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Champions for Life Foundation and Wealth Builders Clubs International, Inc., nonprofit financial, economic, business and political literacy education programs that will establish student chapters on the campuses of high schools, colleges and universities throughout North America. He will be leading several business missions to China and Africa in 2006-2007 to develop active working joint ventures with Chinese and other Asian business and government leaders and organizations. He is also assisting with the development of over 500 schools as well as economic & career development centers in Northern Uganda |
