If you're signing up as an individual you'll need your social security number; if as a company, you'll need your Federal Identification Number. If you don't currently have a website, you can leave that field blank.
2. You will receive an email asking for you to confirm that you signed up to be an affiliate.
3. You can log then into your Affiliate Resources Page, grab banners and text ads and more and STARTING MAKING MONEY DOING GOOD right now.

Ways to make money as an affiliate:

1. Add one or more banners to your webpages.
2. Add one or more banners to your ongoing newsletters or ezines.
3. Use text ads or linked text (or banners) in emails you send out to your list.
4. Submit these banners in banner exchange programs
5. Use them as advertisements on other people's sites.
6. Use a combination of the above

There's a great little website called TinyURL.com where you can take a longer link and convert it into a short link. They even give you the option of making a custom link so for instance, instead of showing your link as: http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/?af=953927, it could look like this instead: http://tinyurl.com/youraffiliatename
